Scan de la carte d’identité

Scan facile avec ma carte d’identité, ancien format,( 10x7,5 cm). Par contre impossible de scanner la carte de ma mère, qui est une nouvelle carte d’identité dont le format est celui d’une carte bancaire (8,5 x5 cm).
A moins qu’il y est une autre raison?
