App not working

Due to Hurricane Maria and its devastation in Puerto Rico, the application is having certain difficulties. We have contacted the bank by email hoping this communication gets through since Puerto Rico is I communicated.

La aplicación se quedo en la edad de piedra. Aspecto visual poco agradable y para completar, no funciona. Al parecer no ha sido actualizada en bastante tiempo. No entiendo cómo las Cooperativas de Puerto Rico contratan servicios como estos...
