Great In Theory, But…
This app truly tries to centralize all vital city info and actions in one place, but actually executing actions and requests, as intended by this app, is nearly impossible. It frequently crashes or I receive errors when trying to complete actions. I love the idea of the app and the info available for the user and citizens, but it needs improvement.

While this app may not directly track you, it uses several 3rd party services without warning that are notorious for tracking and spying on their users.
Great way to communicate with the City
The app is a great way to document and communicate with staff about issues the City needs to address. It also has a bunch of information about events happening intense community. Highly recommend!
