Mobile Data App

Meadow Mountain Software's Mobile Data App builds and collects form data and generates a PDF of that data. It easily allows adding new forms and supports changes to the form such as adding and removing fields, changing labels, etc. In addition, it comes with three Public Safety forms (Field Interview, NIBRS and the Crash form) and these key features: 1. Auto Save - periodically and when the form is closed. 2. Barcode Scanning - on mobile devices with cameras or utilizing external bluetooth scanner. Decoded data includes driver's license, VIN and vehicle registration. 3. Co-author Forms - forms can be coauthored by more than one person at the section level, i.e. person, vehicle, etc. 4. Customizations - forms can be customized, i.e. add or remove fields, change labels, add or remove validations, etc. 5. Form Builder - builds forms from YAML (formatted text files) and uses JSON for code tables, drop down lists, etc.. 6. Reverse Geocoding - convert GPS coordinates into an address on mobile devices with builtin GPS. 7. Server - download the forms, collect data from the form, implements workflow, etc. Can run in the cloud. 8. Templates - can pre fill form data to be used to start forms. 9. Validations - has full NIBRS validations and other validation for the form data. 10. Workflow - unlimited levels of workflow for approval, rejection, etc. 11. Zip Code - use zip code to lookup city, state and county (full US zip code data). 12. PDF - builds a PDF of the form data from a YAML file.
