App keeps crashing
The app keeps crashing when used with the new iOS update and the data isn't saved. It takes extra time to re-do the task while on-site.

A great business tool for the mobile workforce
We have used Mobile Data Studio to enhance our customer service software for a number of years by replacing paper based documentation of all types and have found it to be extremely easy to use, flexible and functional.
Our engineers can fill out a worksheet, order parts, check previous jobs and send pictures and messages back to the office because we have integrated it into our service software and our customers get a PDF of the jobsheet they signed before the engineer leaves the premises.
Now that we have it on iPad and iPhone, we have a great looking product on a very reliable platform that is even easier to use for our mobile engineers.
With nearly 200 deployments to mobile devices and some 15 different tasks loaded, we have been totally happy with this software over the years and it does not surprise us that it works so well on the iPad.
We really like this product and I have no hesitation in recommending it.
