I love this app!
This has tremendously helped me keep everything organized and in one spot. It decreases physical paperwork and is a great starting point for birth plans. I’m able to keep track of billing and more!

With Every Breath Doula
I love this app...I can update it anywhere...I can easily see what my last conversation was with the client and all the things she was dealing with so we can update the status and give recommendations. It provides the gestation, a color bar at the top to indicate boy or girl, it has a place to put baby's name (love that). There are questions included in the app that I never asked but are now including in my routine visits. I'm still finding new things all the time which is awesome.

Beware
This is not at all user friendly. Signing up for a trial doesn’t go through Apple, so no way to track as you normally would with app subscriptions. I’ve now been charged $17 for two months and have not used the app at all. The screens are tiny and difficult to read. This is a great concept, but would be better as a website rather than an app.

Problematic
There’s no indication, on the App Store page, that the Mobile Doula app costs money. You don’t find out that, after the trial period, that the app costs $17.99/month, until you have already downloaded the app. It isn’t until you go to the creator’s website that you find out this information.
I’m not keeping this App as it’s really expensive as far as fees go.

Great but pricey
All of the best features cost extra to be used. Would be great to integrate lactation and midwifery for practices that have all 3.

Finally what I’ve been looking for
I was 2 seconds away from developing my own app before I found this one. So far so good and I hear they are responsive with suggestions so I’m definately excited to use this and see where it goes and get better with time becuse it’s already great
Not user friendly AT ALL
This app forces me to use my phone in the landscape orientation, which makes is super difficult to type. This app badly needs to be updated.

This app has helped me spend less time charting and keeping track of paper work. It’s helped me keep from loosing track of customer payments and lost income.
This practice is happy!
I really like the feature where we can limit access for different users. Our students can only see the clients they are assigned to. Our biller only sees the clients we give her access to. I also like how we can send messages and assign tasks to anyone in the practice.
Great for out practice!
We have been using this EHR for 5 years and it has come so far I can’t keep up with all the great new features. Most recently the providers in our practice (I’m the office manager) have been enjoying the new text template feature that generates visit notes based on rollable fields. We also use the Message Templates feature to automatically send educational resources to clients at specific time prenatally and postpartum.

Fast, secure and my charts r always with me
I used a web based app prior to this and every time you clicked a button it would have to reload the web page. This is an actual app that has all the data on your device and in their proprietary HIPAA secure cloud. There is zero delay and you can quickly navigate your client records regardless of your internet connection speed.

Perfect for my biz
There is so much in this app to save you time and effort. Among other features it has a email based Messaging service and a HIPAA secure instant messaging “Chat” feature. It all works with Apple notifications so I never miss a message or Task that was assigned to me.

I really enjoy using this app! It simplifies my life by having records with me (iphone or iPad) The confidential information I am entrusted with is I readily available to reference at a birth! Adding additional information sheets helps with time management! My only suggestion is that there is an interface between Mobile Doula and the Mobile Lactation app since I service my clients needs in both areas. Having to complete a new intake is time consuming for my clients and myself. A copy feature is needed! Overall I have enjoyed excellent supportive assistance. Thanks Mike!

Great idea
Love the idea but it is out of my price range. The demo was amazing.
Game changer
This app has taken the stress out of managing my client info by keeping it all in one secure location on my phone and tablet. It's also given me a professional appearance by providing a client portal that looks amazing and allows clients to fill out their information and sign my financial agreement before the first visit. The FB community is also very helpful.

Had High Hopes
This app seemed like the answer to all my doula needs, and I hope that one day it will be. As of right now, it is very glitchy. For $180 a year I expected a bit more. I'm sure in another year it will be better but right now I'm not sure it's worth the money.
