No Payout
I’ve won plenty of tournaments and have built up a decent balance, but there is no way to verify my account to withdraw it. I sent an email verification code many times but there’s no location in the app to enter it. I’ve opened a support ticket and it’s been over a week with no response.
Do you exist??
I can’t get any support- it says I breached something and account terminated but I can breach anything as I have never logged in it won’t let me I even tried on a friends phone with their details with the same message even though they never downloaded the app before ????

Now accounts are being suspended for no reason even when you sign up. Sad.

Tried to redeem 10 bucks of ‘winnings’ as a voucher, it never came and then my account was suspended for both mobile esports apps when I emailed to ask what was happening

The games are fine, but in some cases, you might have to wait a bit if you cash out a big amount (which happened to me at least twice). Still, I got those two redeemed gift cards, one of which was for almost $31, after about a month despite initially doubting it. So, it’s legit after all; patience is key after redeeming!

Disbands accounts for zero valid reason
Played for 20 mins and they disbanded my account without a valid reason. No reaching out to me at all. Apple ID email is NOT A VALID EMAIL! They require your email to be verified as well. Can’t verify Apple ID AND ZERO WAY TO CHANGE EMAILS ON ACCOUNTS EITHER!

Was good, but now...
The games are fine, but be prepared to wait at least more than 1 week to get any redeemed eGift cards, if ever at all, and this will be the case regardless of the amount having been cashed out. So, having suspected possible cancellation of my two most recently redeemed cards, I went ahead and deleted my account and the app.
