Good but slowwww
Overall the app is good but my gosh it is so slow to load any page! It’s like being back on dial up Internet connection. I don’t know why it takes so long for any and every page to load but please update the app so pages load quicker. It really makes me dread having to go into the app because of how long it takes to load anything and everything!

This app is extremely aggravating to navigate. It’s like they made it hard to get around and then to top it off every page takes FOREVER to load.

This app has a lot of features, would be amazing if it wasn’t SOOOOOO slow. The only reason I’m still using it, is because my employer offers a discount for my health insurance. Though honestly the discount might not be worth the years off my life I’m sitting here waiting for it to load.
Saves time and money
The back pain program is amazing! I use the stretches everyday to alleviate back pain at home and it costs me nothing!

This is a requirement where I work and is the SLOWEST APP IVE EVER USED. Extremely frustrating to have to do something you don’t even want to do and then on top of it you are wasting your time. The app is also difficult to navigate. Do you make this way purposefully???
App barely works
This app is so annoying, it takes a very long time to log into it. It’s super slow once you’re in. I’m forced to use this to get a significant discount on my health insurance premium and that’s kind of a joke too as it doesn’t lead to any real significant changes. I’m healthy to begin with bc I live a healthy lifestyle but this is a hoop they make us junk through. Annoying, but the discount is worth it.

It’s almost like they make it painfully slow and glitchy so you don’t meet the requirement for your company and get the health insurance discount. Takes forever to load and never links to the trackers. Infuriating app.

This app is really slow. After every button I press, a spinning wheel pops up and it takes 5-10 seconds to think. I’ve never seen such a slow and frustrating app to use. It feels like this app was designed to be as frustrating as possible so you never want to use it. Very disappointed that I have to use this app if I want a discount on my employer health insurance.

Painfully slow user functionality
Every step of using this app requires a load time. It takes so long to get from one field to another. Such a complete waste of time trying to perform a simple task. I only use this because of our company incentive but would gladly never use it again if I had a choice.

Antiquated App
From logging in to any page on the app requires what seems to be endless load times. It’s basic and barely functions. There are also a lot of page errors. Only use this because it’s the only option for my company. Do better, be better✌🏼
Will not add activity from Garmin
Went thru the process to link my Garmin account, but this app cannot load activity from my account. I’ve unlinked and re-linked it, uninstalled and reinstalled both apps, still nothing for three months now.
Unable to link my iPhone
This is absolutely ridiculous, I just can’t get the app to link to my iPhone Health app and unable to participate in challenges and sync up my steps etc to get credits from my employer. Please fix this issue ASAP or tell me what am I doing wrong. Support is non-existent.

Site is slow
This site is very slow and crashes quite a bit. I am suppose to complete journey for a discount from my employer. I spend a lot of wasted time on this app to save money and quite honestly I don’t learn a thing from this app.
