Account Lost After US Transition
I live in the United States and lost access to my original account after the game changed to the MLBB.US version. My account was linked to both Facebook and a Moonton account, but Facebook login keeps showing an error and the Moonton login option is no longer available.
I contacted support, but they only told me to use the in-game customer service. How can I access customer service through my old account when the problem is that I cannot log in to it? I have already submitted the recovery information, but I still have not received meaningful assistance.
Please have a real support representative help migrate or recover my original account instead of sending the same automated response.

Brawl is one of the most broken and stupid game modes they have it’s a 5V5 one lane battle with all the stuns and unbalanced hero’s, and there isn’t a button to contact them with feedback about the game with complete and otter honesty they do not care about you or about our opinion if I find it very frustrating that they cannot fix the simple stuff

This game is banned in some countries. They obey US sanctions. Game industry follows politics. What a disaster.

Ever since this game switched to an all American server it’s been terrible as far as getting matched with competent teammates in order to rank up. Between the lag & poor sportsmanship of American players this game has gone from my most favored to the reason for my anxiety. I have deleted this game because of this very reason. I will not be recommending this to anyone I will in turn recommend you download the Chinese version or league of legends.

Used to be the goat in past…
I love this game since my childhood but after came back things got changed…terrible customer service(I don’t think there a single customer support there)…dark system (4 feeding teammate instant lose)…no longer uploading profile(lost interest on buying skins and stuff since you can’t profile yourself)…moonton account gone lost old account for many old returning players.

This issue has been around for almost half a year. For game this popular, i can’t believe they are not pushing a fix for this.. not everytime you are at home connecting to a wifi

So much negativity
0 stars if I could. Not sure what happened to reporting inappropriate chatting but clearly many are and 90% of the time the game rejects it. Also has network errors cannot use with cell service and only works with wifi. This game is broken in so many ways and I’m deleting it and never playing this pos again

So basically, Mobile legends is a REALLYYY fun game, i tried it out when around 2023? 2024? im still mad how my other account got taken away, cz i have to use the US instead of the global now. Still a pretty fun game overall!
