Really bad experience
Terrible app. The experience is like it was written by a brand new developer in elementary school. They need to make a lot of improvements. Makes it very difficult to use. Sub par compared to their competition

Stupid App that doesn’t say much about the company
So I set up my account for a delivery order by Noon today. The restaurant I’m ordering from only uses this app to for deliveries. I go through the whole thing, put in my credit card and then it says to call them to confirm my account since it’s the first time I order. Guess what? There is no menu option for confirming the first time accounts, so I use option “0” and I proceed to be put on hold... then I hear a message that tells me that their hours start at 11AM?!?!?!?!?! What?! How is the restaurant going to get my order and deliver it by noon if you can’t confirm my account until at least 11am because you can’t be bothered to be open for normal business hours? And we were considering placing the order for earlier, but that would probably be impossible. SMH
What year was this App and company created?!?!?!?!?! It feels so out-of-date! This will probably be the first and LAST time I will use this App and company. I don’t even want to explore what other options of restaurants you have partnered with. Sad...

Food never showed up.
It’s been almost 2 hours now my food has not shown up. I called them and nobody answers the phone. Completely unprofessional.
No tracking
On both the app and desktop site, once you get out of the tracking you cannot get back in. The tracker is extremely helpful but pretty ridiculous that you can’t get it back once exited. 👎
Great app and service
I’m always happy with how fast they are and the level of customer service is like no other.
Continually disappointed
I have used mobile meals a few times now and more times than not my meal takes longer than the stated time (hours longer). You don’t know the status of your order through the app, the customer service number is no where to be found, I think I will use a different mobile eating app for my future purchases.

Terrible App
Show restaurants not available with your settings - but the only setting is my address. Terrible UI with its 80s color/ style. Showing error message when you haven't added things to your cart. I think it's time for a version 2.0!

The service is fine, but this app is medieval. There is very limited functionality, no contact information, no order status checking.

Mobile meals good. This app ?
I love using mobile meals all the time. An iPhone app is the logical next step. User interface is a little clunky, and slow. I was not ably to check out after placing the order and ended up having to call it in. 3/5 stars will re-rate after an update is done.
not for Canada
Must choose your *zipcode* to get any content. Shouldn't be in the Canadian store at least nit without a big warning saying where this app can be used.
The web page is better
This is not a very attractive app. The programers just put the website into an app and not even very well. I will continue using their web site. The app is not worth it.
SOO EASY!
I am a regular coustomer with mobile meals and LOVE the servive! When this app came out I was extatic , Its SO easy to use! All you do is pick your zip code and it brings up all the restruant in ur area and BAM you pick your restruant , order your food and then it's at your , office , house etc. So convientent to order on my iPhone!!
