Text confirmation
The text confirmation is absolutely horrible. Used to be able to check my balances and transfers quickly and efficiently now it takes a month of Sundays to verify. I get the point of added security but absolute pain in the butt for “user friendliness”

I had some fraud issues on my debit card and thought that I was gonna be out $750, went in and talked to the manager and he was awesome and said don’t worry about it we will get you squared away, and they did.
