What's New in Mobile Nebula

0.10.0

April 9, 2026

Fixed a bug with DNS resolvers that made them not work at all. Added support for match domains which provides split horizon DNS configuration. Modernize many parts of the UI styling, should fix some issues with Liquid Glass Config option to enable IPv6 lookups in nebula. Inbound and outbound firewall support in the UI. The entire nebula config.yml can be imported when creating a new site now, all settings are respected.

User reviews

Just works!

Never had any issues with the app and I find it more reliable and performant when using relays than tailscale!!

Need more granular control

the app is generally good but lack of more granular control compared with a dedicated configuration file. for example, i have no control over inbound rules which leads to problems that even another node cannot ping me.

Doesnโ€™t work

App creates a VPN profile, but connection fails to establish. No logs generated.

Great Concept

Love it but needs on demand vpn features to auto-connect when trying to access specified domains or IPs. Also needs mobileconfig to be able to push settings from MDM server

Need to be able to use a custom DNS server

I really really want to use Nebula on my phone, but the lack of custom dns servers is kind of a dealbreaker for me. Like I want Nebula to use a device connected to the mesh as the DNS server instead of whatever iOS decides to use. Similar to how you can specify the DNS in a WireGuard config.
