Disappointed
Loving the books but if I read one for a while then leave that book and begin to read another one I get network error and I can’t go any further. Nor am I able to reach out to company. Very disappointed.
Not Happy
Everytime I try to get on the app now it says network error and I had it for 2 or 3 months and had no problem until now.. I got interested in a bunch of different stories and now I cant finish any of them, it’s been like this for 2-3 weeks now
I can’t read my book anymore
I paid $21.64 for a whole month of reading. After a day the app won’t work. None of the books I have saved in my library are available to read. It still shows I have tickets and coins available to use. However it keeps saying the chapters are missing to contact y’all to deal with the problem. Yet there is absolutely no where in the app to contact y’all for help. Nothing in the app is working. I would like a full refund.

I paid $30 for a whole book and instead it continued charging by the chapter and I ran out before the book finished. I am livid
Good stories but rip off
I pay for all chapters after couple pages it asks for more payments. Tried contacting them and will not send emails saying cannot send. Even when buying ten chapters after couple pages more payments. They can’t be contacted to fix the problem
A rip off don’t do it
I was really excited when I saw that you could buy the whole book with this app. But don’t be fooled you pay for the whole book but don’t get it. This happened on 2 books where I paid for the whole book and then they locked the final chapters and charged more to unlock the whole book and then locked the last chapters to squeeze more out. Scam! And greedy. If you had given me the whole book as advertised I would have continued to buy more books. But now I will just delete the app. Shortsighted strategy
