Not sure who is in charge of doing their media publicity, but they are doing quite a good job because all I’m seeing are fake reviews that are spelled incorrectly from places that even have this type of accessibility with that being said after paying for A ticket using this site, arriving at the station and hearing that my information wasn’t in and never came in and after staying on the phone for multiple different, customer support people who eventually hung up in my face and acted as though they could not hear me over the phone while I could clearly hear their conversation. I received an email from the company company stating that they checked their resources and saw they never received the payment, and offered me a refund with that being stated I received no response from this company. so yes, they do take your money and no it doesn’t go to any online payments online bills travel agencies, travel resources absolutely nothing it just goes in the pocket of these people. They have given me fraudulent addresses, one even led to a grocery store in Jacksonville, Florida on the fourth floor that doesn’t exist another led me to a place in Austria. And as I stated before, customer service reads from a script and do not understand English, nor do they know how to spell it properly hence the knowledge of fake reviews. I do plan on doing a private investigation upon this company for fraud. I would advise all not to make an account and not to use this site for any type of purchase or billing the real reviews. You can look up online by just putting in their company, name and reviews, I guarantee you will see the true reviews on this company immediately

Beware of hidden fees. They told me like 2%. On average i paid 8% a transaction.

This company told me they would take 90 dollars every year they are taking 11 times that much a year . I called them a lot of times never answered.

I recently purchased a new iPad that I use for my business. When I downloaded the app to the new device it does not allow me to login to my Paysafe account. I have tried to reach out to customer service but has been unsuccessful.
Need to be able to apply a discount
I have been using square at farmers markets. They offer an option to apply a discount either as a dollar amount or as a percentage.
This is very important because I can ring up the customer and at the end give a discount. This allows me to keep track of the inventory. The option with your app currently is to calculate the amount and then manually enter a lower amount. This won’t keep track of inventory and the risk of error is larger. And it’s not as fast and convenient.
Please let me know if you can add this.

Since I had this application nothing but problems. I called the customer service and spoke with them about the issues I was having. I’m yet to get daily sales out because the dashboard is still spinning.
STAY AWAY FORM THIS!!!!
I’ve been with many merchants and so far this is the worst one I’ve ever used. They take like forever to deposit funds, the app crashes a lot making you think that the transaction went thru and you check later and nothing having to ask customers for card information many times. The wireless device doesn’t even work properly and it disconnects by itself. If a customer disputes a transaction with their bank you won’t even see it coming, they won’t even notify you or anything they will just take the money from the bank without saying a single word. I rather pay Square INC their high fees than use this company , square has a lot more features and they actually work ; sometimes cheap doesn’t always mean is good ! You get what you pay for! This company is so horrible they shouldn’t even be in business. Worst customer service ; worst everything ! I’ve used Stripe even stripe has better customer service and a better merchant! I rather take cash, checks anything but use this Nationalbankcard bs Paysafe more like trash! Save yourself time and stay away!

Square put thousands of dollars my business assets for 90 days and I am back using them. Here’s a tip if you install the app and use Mobile pay do not take in Transactions after Tuesday’s and hopefully you’ll be paid by Friday. Also you cannot check your upcoming transactions of when it will be sent or how much was sent. So basically download some lube with this app, while you put on your make up and high heels!

Whats up guys? Why is a long time coustomer being ripped off?
So I’ve had this account for a few years, I have deactivated my account before. The last time i deactivate my account as I always I have during The off season( i am a vendor at music festivals) It really was a shock , especially during this pandemic to realize that you gusy have been draining my savings act. And when i realized you did not respond .. I have been getting charged $157 a month for non usage and when i called in the beginning of the month to request my $785 back they all the sudden dont return my calls ..if anyone in the company cares to resolve this issue i would love to continue business, my member act number is 4223698700464145 . I deactivated my act just after the christmas market in late December. I called when i realized this error may 4th 2020, it os now the 21st , with the Holliday weekend ahead i am afraid that this issue will not be resolved before you conveniently charge my act yet again! Someone in this company please help me out !!

AprivaPay to Paysafe has been glitchy
I was an AprivaPay user. Their move over to Paysafe has been glitchy. First I couldn’t login. Then the email of receipts to customers wasn’t working. Most recently the invoice function isn’t working, which is a huge issue. The hiccups are frustrating for our customers and the business. Never had an issue with AprivaPay platform. This is the exact same platform in structure but the backend seems to not be fully in place. It’ll be great if they can figure this out.

I can’t log in and every time I call customer service I can’t ever get through to anyone. It’s ridiculous how many times I’ve called and still can’t get in touch with anyone. How are we supposed to run a business when we have issues and can’t get anyone to answer our questions?
Better than Square
I highly recommend this app to any business that needs to take payments on the go. The app is easy to use and intuitive. We chose National Bankcard as our merchant service provider and they have been great. We receive our deposits within 24 hours and the rate is much lower than Square’s rate. Their customer service has also been helpful. Make sure to choose a good merchant service provider when using this app - because this app is resold by a handful of different providers.

I am not entirely sure but some of the reviews can be skewed based on the merchant services you use. This is just the platform used and is used by various companies. We will see if the company I am using is any good.

Don’t sign up with this company,customer service really bad,I canceled my service and they pull 350.00 from my checking account,they never mentioned that was a fee to closed you account ,otherwise I will never never do it in the first place.they are bunch crooks.
