What's New in mobile

8.1.2

July 28, 2026

You can now scan your receipts in selected countries and easily store them digitally in mobile-pocket. And the best part: For every scanned receipt, you receive one entry for our prize draw. Every two weeks, we raffle gift vouchers among all participating receipts. Our Apple Watch app has also been completely rebuilt and now supports the much-requested Apple Watch widgets. We have also further improved the app and fixed minor bugs. Do you have feedback for us? Just send us a message via chat in the “Help” area in the “Settings”. We look forward to hearing from you.

Make it make sense

Real-time entry search, check.
Tap into 1 of 2+ matching entries, and then decide to visit 1 of the other matched entries … but alas you have to RE-ENTER the search string since it was cleared upon tapping into the original entry.

Search bar should ALWAYS be visible, full stop. Like seriously.

Don’t update!

I updated the app, and now all my cards are gone. Years of stuff put in there is gone.

You had one job...

That job is be ready and show me my FlyBuys card when I need it. What /was is this policy you made me just press to see said card?

Oops!

I hadn’t used the app for some time, as most places are moving away from loyalty cards and instead harvesting people’s phone numbers to use as loyalty numbers instead (always give a fake one!). I recently opened to find the two dozen or so cards I had added over the years were gone. Every last one. I’m so glad I didn’t rely on this app to save my cards and that I kept backups. In any case, an app that promises to store cards and then deletes them all for no reason isn’t really worth anything, and it’s certainly not welcome on my phone any longer. Deleted!

Devs no longer listen to suggestions

Used to love the app, now it’s annoying to search and step back from matched entries.

FAQ

What does the mobile-pocket loyalty cards app do?

This app allows you to digitize all your loyalty and membership cards, storing them in a digital wallet on your phone. You can then access them via barcode or QR-code, ensuring you never miss out on points, discounts, or benefits.

Can I store any loyalty card, even if it's not in the app's catalog?

Is there a cost to use the mobile-pocket loyalty cards app?

The app is free to download and use. It does not have in-app purchases or advertisements, meaning you can digitize and manage your cards without any additional cost.

How can I back up and restore my loyalty cards?

You can back up, synchronize, and restore your loyalty cards by creating a mobile-pocket wallet account. This can be done via email registration or by using your Facebook, Google, or Apple account.

Is the app accessible offline?

Yes, once your loyalty and membership cards are digitized, they can be accessed offline via their barcode and QR-code. This ensures you can always present your cards even without an internet connection.
