Continues to renew itself after I cancel. Keeps charging my card even after cancel and delete.

This app that I canceled months ago continues to renew itself and charge me. Have tried to report the problem and no resolve. Plan to have this thing charge sometimes twice a month if trying the free trial period. Had cost me over fifty dollars for something I don’t and can’t use. Uuigghhhh
