Should be removed from App Store

Absolute rubbish for a leading supplier of split system A/C units, obviously they don’t take it seriously.

Update

24 hrs later still waiting for updates to complete…..not what I would call helpful.

Zero stars

I’ve had the app for a couple of years. It’s worked for me from time to time, but 90 percent of the time it’s a waste of time. It’s easier to go to google and put the error code in to get answers.

Endless download

I gave up since others had the same problem and I’m not even sure it covers my mini splits.

Garbage.

All night updating. Deleting app.

Too many systems missing

I’ve only had one or two occasions where the system I’m diagnosing is on the app and countless times where it has 0 results.

Not the units

Never has the units I need when needed.

Never ending update . when does it end ?

It would be nice to see an progress bar through the whole updating process
Update keeps failing tried to reinstall app
Same issue stuck updating and never ending buffering wheel

Review

No new updates in awhile and data upload takes 20 minutes or more! Many models can’t be found so does me little good. Please Fujitsu update this app because this app has huge potential!

This app is useless as far as servicing your equipment..

Not working correctly

After downloading app
When i open app it says it’s downloading data
This has been running for many hours
I had to shut down phone to stop
Also the app doesn’t show up in my app list on iPhone

Long download on first startup

After getting my password and logging in for the first time, I have waited for over 10 minutes watching the progress window while it says it is downloading. Is this normal?

Not up to the mark

Downloading initial data failed at around 60% . UI is also horrible.

Wont upgrade

Downloads new data, then at 50% it fails

The unit models that I need to troubleshoot are not supported in this app making it useless in the field. Tech support is horrible! Extremely long wait times!

Password?

D/l went well & so did registration. But after completing that I was asked for a password. Entered one - which obviously didn’t match because I hadn’t been asked to enter one when registering. Checked email for the typical ‘validate your registration’ email. Nada. So, I deleted it.

Use this before calling tech support

I imagine this apps information is what tech support is using to help you over the phone. Skip the middleman and just use this app!

Needs print option

A lot of places where we work we have no internet and it would be nice to be able to print the troubleshooting pages.

A rather disappointing app

You would think a App developed by the manufacturer would have all its products available, I can never seem to find info on any Wall mounted AC in Australia, the ASTA range is rather prevalent in Australia but you won’t find any info on it
