Great Feature for Reaching customers
Been a User for years now and it works great. For reaching existing list and building a new list. And they have an affiliate option (greatness!)
Only thing id wish they’d improve is
1. Unlimited texts... (other services out there that provide that)
2. The desktop version is 10X better than the app even when i use my phone.
The app version has so many bugs
I just send texts from the desktop version

Going downhill
It used to work, now my subscribers don’t receive notifications. Or some do and some don’t... very disappointed

Text and email alerts
I’m loving this system. Of course it’s not free. I love that I can try out the system to be sure I’m getting what I need without having to pay for it. I’m with a municipality and wanted a system that would allow me to embed the opt in code into our website. I also wanted to have different categories or groups that people could opt in for. And this does it really well. A system like constant contact is starts about $30 per month and you only get email marketing. This system does emails and or texting marketing for a little less money. My only complaint is sending graphic or photos triples the cost of that one text. Not a big problem for me. I stick to texting.
