App crashing when scanning token
How do you resolve this issue when the apps crashes while scanning a token

Could you please make an apple watch version for us!
Major bug
I cannot delete a token. I’ve moved this token to another device but the old token doesn’t get deleted. If I try to add it back on the same device the new token cannot replace the old token. Thus making this device forever unusable. This is for TREB. Please fix!!!
Keeps Crashing
I just got a new phone and need to transfer my Authenticator over to it, so that I don’t need to keep carrying my old phone around. Every time I try to scan my QR code the app crashes and won’t let me complete the scan. Please please please fix this, as it appears to have been happening for months. This is a serious impediment to my ability to do business efficiently and does not reflect well on TRREB if their members cannot work because of a malfunctioning app.

Where is the widget?
I have an iPhone 12 Pro Max and the app works fine, no crashes, but where is the widget? For the life of me I can no longer find the widget?

Unable to scan the QR code
App keeps shutting down once QR code is scanned. Useless!
Have to unlock iPhone
Have to unlock the iPhone in order to see it in the widget or else it’s blank

Would like to have the widget on my iPad as well. Apparently you can only have it on one device. Supper annoying. This is so basic. Every other Authenticator lets you do it.

Can’t believe this needs to be stated.
We cannot see white numbers on white backgrounds. We cannot see black numbers on black backgrounds. I know is technically charcoal letters on black background but really?!! Did anybody test this before releasing?

Poor font choices
Recent update made it impossible to see the text when using the app widget. It’s really hard to read the text when opening the app too
Completely useless now - white on white font
The widget is now useless. Please change the font colours. In dark theme on iOS 13 it’s literally invisible. White on white font.

using the app For TREB. Thanks for fixing the notification widget but can you please fix the background colours and and font colours. On the widget you have white text font on white background. It used to be black text on white background.
And in the app the background is suppose to be black font on white background you have black on black.

This app had a widget. It was great because I didn’t need to open the app. Widget has been removed on latest update. Please bring it back
New update removes widget option
I loved having the Authenticator as a widget as you could get your code at the swipe of a finger now you have to open the app to get a code!
