Can’t see menu
I use this app as a manager of a store and none of us can see any menus, whether we’re selecting the camera models or the time and date of a previous event. The menu is just white the only thing you have to work with is the haptic feedback to let you know you selected some l thing, that you absolutely can’t even see!

Does not work well with iPhones
This app is way too slow and doesn’t work at all often.
Can't select device type
Something is busted with the device type selection. I'm assuming all the text was made white or something because previously you could select a model and see what you were choosing. Please fix this guys
Wasted $$$
I had a whole system installed in my home by security company. $4500.00. This app is terrible! Now I am stuck with this and it’s useless. So when I’m not home oh well! What good does that do?!?!!!! Fix this mess!

Paid to get hard wired cameras from Pioneer Security. What a joke. The video is poor, I have seen way better video quality from cheaper cameras. My ring door bell is even better. The app constantly had issues and the unit would not stay on. Gave up and finally disconnected the service.

What does “get enabled channels fail” mean....why can’t I see my cameras feed?
Timing out
The app continues to time out. Please update.... I've deleted, reinstalled, turn off wifi 🤦🏽♀️. Still doesn't work
Event search - fail
App only lets one phone have accurate time search on for event search of the recording. My phone the dates all all grey and unable to select to playback.
Glitches
I’ve used this app for years & it’s always great — until today. I needed to access the event search for earlier today & the app crashes when I try to search for it. Plus, the app won’t show me anything from 2020 and doesn’t even offer anything for November. I know for certain it’s not an error in setup because we’ve had this setup for at least 4 years and have always been able to access our event searches and recordings for up to 7 days

Playback function not working
Can’t scroll date and time for playback. iOS 13.5.1 iPhone 8
App nearly useless
The search on the app does not display all times and days. They just aren’t showing so you must “guess” where you’re at while selecting a date and time. Systems much cheaper than mobile focus work much better. If I could give less than 1 star for this app I certainly would. Time to start recommending other systems to my customers and friends.

Sorry I purchased this product
I agree with the previous post. This app is one of the worst I’ve experienced. I spent a lot of money on the cameras, DVR and installation. The app crashes constantly and trying to playback on one specific camera is almost impossible. And I can only access one of the cameras remotely. My Nest doorbell software is so much more advanced. Sorry I didn’t go with the less expensive cameras thinking that the hard wired would be better.
