Not working
This app seems to crash a lot. Now I am getting a message saying
“Get enabled channels fail”.... and no cameras.
What good is a security system that never works?

Android is better
IPad version keeps losing connection. And, every time this stupid thing tells me I need a different nickname to write a review, it will get worse.
iOS 10
Crashed again on my iPhone 6 with the latest update. Somebody needs to get this right.
Never even opened
The app works for iPhone but not iPad, it will not even launch. Please fix ASAP! When you have 26 cameras to watch, multiple screens are needed! iPhone controls are wacky as well, though at least it launches!
Just OK
Works well at times, whenever apple has a IOS update app goes down for weeks.

I've been patiently waiting for this update so I could finally use the cameras we have. I was so happy when I saw the update! Unfortunately, it STILL CRASHES! This is ridiculous. If there is another app that works with these cameras please leave a review and let me know.
Crashes
It constantly crashes. Also the playback will not work, you pick the time and it goes back to the current video. Very disappointed.

What did you do ? I had to download the iPhone version because the latest update rendered the iPad app completely inoperable. Complete junk at this point. Please fix this crap
Invalid port error
I am suddenly getting an invalid port error but nothing has changed in my setup. Is this a known problem?

I have EBN268 IP cameras and this app works ok with them. However, every time, you restart the app you need to reload each camera into a replay box. Very frustrating.
This app does not work with the NVR NVR8004x. The app shuts down every time I try to open the NVR as a device. And if the free app doesn't work, why would I pay for the HD Plus $15.99 version.

Don't plan on the company helping you out much. I would choose another company interested in providing support to their customers and to the dealers.
Works great on iPhone 5s, terrible on iPad
Cameras randomly won't load on iPad. They load instantly on iPhone. Also needs an option for more than four cams at a time.

Can't do anything
Need to access the cameras at my office while at home. Nothing works - cameras don't show and can't run a time/event search. App worked fine 2 weeks ago. Please fix!
