Worst company
I called at 11 first the receptionist doesn’t pick up then finally she shot me to training the guy English was terrible then I dial every other 1-9 and none of them answer I’m sure they’ll say there in lunch?? This company is not ran or managed properly
Can’t open app
Every time the app is updated when you open it, it closes right away. I have to uninstall them reinstall to make it work. You guys have updated the app 5 times in the last 3-4 days and still glitches.
Doesn’t work well on iPhone
This app worked perfect when I had my Motorola Razr. Now that I have an iPhone 15 Plus, I can no longer to the checklist in the app. I always have to use the website on the PC in the store. The only thing I can do on this app is upload the deposit slip to the portal.
Disgustingly Bad
If I gotta use this for work I might as well type it all by hand myself . I can never log in it keeps freezing on the opening screen . This should not be used anymore
