Unable to even create an account
The rejection on creating an account doesn’t make any sense and gives no options.
Horrible app
I don’t know why my pharmacy uses this app. I started using it recently and it wouldn’t allow me to log on. I emailed the developer but they only list their sales dept email. It was fixed but now I can’t login again. There’s no support for us customers. The pharmacist told me their server is not down (that’s the error I keep getting) and they’ve been receiving refills through the app. I’ve deleted the app and reinstall numerous times and it’s still not working. I guess the developer has given up on this app. Other reviewers have been having the same issue for quite some time.

Frustrating
This app is not functional. I click “Forgot Password?” and it says my pharmacy server is down. I uninstall, reinstall, restart, repeat, and nothing works; it will not let me reset my password. When the app did work, on those few occasions it would crash before I was able to complete a request. Fix these issues; this is ridiculous.

Consistently Unable to Log In
Consistently unable to log in to app, despite “updates” to supposedly fix the problem. App always says “Biometrics failed. Please log in manually.” Incredibly frustrating. On a lighter note- when you are the one in a million that can log in successfully, the app is rather useful.
The Worst
My pharmacy uses this service (if you can call it that!). It’s a rare day that I can open this app and see my profile. Mostly, it just fails with a message saying the phamacy’s server may be down. Checking with my pharmacist, he always informs me that it’s not them, but the system. Sorry for those of us stuck with this broken app.

Personal info may not be secure
This app is showing me notifications for a completely different person, including what meds they’re getting delivered and daily reminders to take them. This is unbelievably bad.
Crashing
The app crashes all the time!! I can’t even log into my account because as soon as I hit log in, it automatically closes the app and when I reopen it I’m back to the log in page. I can’t see any of my prescriptions or status of my refill orders. Such a hassle.

I rely on this app to connect with my pharmacy and get my meds. When I tried to access view Rx profile a couple of weeks ago, all I could get was an error message. It happened again tonight, I deleted and re-downloaded the app, but got the same frustrating result.
The MobileScripts has gone bad!
The App no longer shows the correct name of medications; it also doesn’t show the Refillable section with names; the prescription dates all show 01/01/0001. The prescription history is also corrupted. Why this App has become so useless?
