Why does this app exist?
This app doesn’t do anything special. It gives you a volume control, but the phone already has volume control without adding new software and extra steps. This app was obsolete on arrival.
MobileSpec App likely a virus for your device.
...or someone simply trolling. What you see is literally what you get. An image saying “Connect device.”
