Truly useless
I have never opened it twice in a row and been able to use it on the second try. Comically awful; it was outdated ten years ago, and it’s gotten steadily worse.
Do not use this app.
This app crashes each time it is used. I have to login every time I open it. It automatically logs me out. I don’t have time to have to login while I’m driving. There is no customer service for this. I have talked to one guy and he made excuses, like I did not know what I was talking about.

I’ve been using this app since 2015 and it has only gotten worse over the years. When I slipped the app down to hide it to use my phone, it logged me out immediately and then I have to log back in to get the information I need. Before this last update addresses and phone numbers were highlighted so that all I had to do was touch it and it opened it my map, or it opened in my phone in the case of the phone number. The app no longer highlights these features. Fortunately, Dispatch has informed me that we will be changing apps this spring.

Inconvenient map
Use to be able to click on pick up or delivery address and it load into my map of choice. Now I have to copy and paste over

APP IS A DISASTER
This app service is a disaster and they don’t update it frequently, takes months for them to roll out updates and until that happens you’re stuck with a bugged app. Not Recommend!
