Just moved to Las Vegas and trying out their new service, i saw the ad in Walmart and i wasnt sure but i just set up my new number quick, and so far the service and pricing are so lovely!!

Easy. If you can microwave chicken nuggets you can do MobileX.

BEST SERVICE EVER!!!!
I have been using this service for quite a few months now and I havenāt been happier with my phone company!!!! I pay $28 and some change a month for unlimited everything and 10GB of hotspot when I had Verizon and T Mobile my monthly phone bills were at least $150.00 for ONE PHONE LINE!!! I have NO complaints!! I think sometimes the coverage isnāt perfect depending on where youāre at but i typically stay in the city so I rarely have any problems even though i rarely use wifi.

So far so good.
I have been using them for a month and Iām pretty happy with the service. Easy set up and I like how I can see how much data I use daily. No surprises on charges. Easy to change if I want to. Iāll be a long term customer as long as it stays this way. Oh and set up was extremely easy.

Easy to set up and get going
Horrible customer service
My phone service and data stopped working , the first time for one week and now itās been 5 days with no signal , calls or texts. They donāt answer the phone or return calls and I canāt even call now because i have no service. The app support team takes 2 days to respond back and forth for tech support. Absolutely horrible.

$5 a month basically
I was skeptical at first but bought it and it has been great so far. I only pay for minutes and texts, and one Gb of data. But it cost me around 5-6 dollars ! Great for someone who doesnāt use the internet much or has a hotspot from something else . Great emergency or backup phone plan . These plans are great for business phone numbers. Only concern is privacy since it is a Walmart plan but gotta make some sacrifices, canāt be anonymous everywhere

Worst customer support thatās EVER existed.
Iām reporting this company to as many sources as I possibly can. There is zero support. NONE. They have a person that generates different names pretending to be support and pretending to be in contact with technicians. Well, this person is not only undermining and condescending but is EXTREMELY negligent, unprofessional AND A LIAR. This has been going on for three days. They couldnāt transfer service to a better phone because itās locked but they knew it was locked, and now theyāre incapable of reinstating my service to the phone they took it from. Nobody answers the phone and this same āpersonā doesnāt have the courtesy to let the customers know whatās going on. When hours close, they pack up and leave customers hanging with zero notice. Copy and pasting this and Iāll be bumping it all across the internet.
