It’s pretty good
But I don’t exactly know how to use it. It’s not exactly intuitive but I do manage to get the lights to turn off and on. But as far as programming goes I’m lost. I’m lucky that someone who knew more then I know programmed my lights.

This is the third time the app has crashed. They told me to delete and reinstall the app. I have about four customers on this app that I look after. And it’s getting annoying now that they have not tried to look after this. Hopefully they will look after this after they see this review..

Excellent interface for controlling Insteon home automation systems. Very flexible and powerful control system that works anywhere in the world with an internet connection.

Power of MobiLinc Pro
I really enjoy this platform with Insteon. Insteon is powerful; dual-band and high and low voltage. Great synergy! I have extensive at 4 residencies. I love it!
Great App and Awesome Customer Service
I have been using this app for 6+ years and I do love the interface. The customer service is outstanding. My yearly renewal was up and I had switched emails and the subscription via PayPal; my payment was credited to the old email account; this resulted in my account going inactive. I emailed customer support late at night and explained the two email accounts and Wes had me back up and running early the next morning.

Best app for Universal Devices ISY!
I’ve been using MobiLinc for several years to control my lighting, security system, and cameras. It’s easy to set up and use, and has proven to be very reliable. The app developer has been very helpful and responsive the couple of times that I have needed support. Highly recommended!

Works great. And response to questions from customer support is prompt. I'm using it with the ISY controller to manage ~20 Insteon devices and a few POE and WiFi-connected cameras.
Mobilinc/Mobilinc Pro
These are the best apps out there for your remote home automation needs, period. There’s very little you can’t do with these gems, of course you can turn things on and off remotely but you can edit your scenes and programs right from the app. Apps are solid as a rock from a programming standpoint. But the best part is, if you happen to run into issue you can’t solve, their Tech Support is excellent. “Wes” is the man. I had an issue with an ISY994i I purchased used, and for the life of me couldn’t get it to work with Mobilinc. I emailed Wes and he stayed on it for days, until he was able to solve my issues. Try Mobilinc, you won’t be disappointed!

Very good when working
Seems to require world wide internet connectivity to work. Won’t work with just local private networks that do not have world wide internet connectivity or have lost that capability.
Full featured Home Automation for ISY
I have been using MobiLinc since it was released. Great way to control lights,locks, thermostats and view cameras in one app.
Not so good for Tenant/ Property Management
The app works good, but there is no ability to total up the circuits that belong to a renter. There are two sides to a 50amp breaker. Really need to be able to associate all the circuits and then send an accounting to the tenant. This is More of a hobby meter but could be better.
You will love this.
Example what this App can do with the needed hardware. When I arrive at home at night it will open the correct garage door depending on what car I drive, turn the outside lights on, the porch light, the pool light and one light inside lights so I don’t enter the house in the dark. When the garage door closes all the light would automatically go out and in the mean time I would have turned on the lights in the house that I want. It’s the coolest thing ever and so welcoming. Wes, the developer is always ready to make suggestions and help if you don’t get something working at first. Highly recommend this App for the ISY and your home automation needs. P.S. Did I mention you can use your Apple Watch to control lights and devices.

If you are using Universal Devices home automation equipment i.e. ISY and Insteon technology, the MobiLinc APP is simply superb.
It stands alone; there is nothing even close in other options.
The Factory tech support is absolutely the best.
