Dead project
Had good intentions bust never took off like some other app that do roughly the same but with rewards included. So far no update as of recently and the team has been quiet.
Edit: They claim they are waiting for the situation to be stable but that is not happening soon. They have said it for years.

Great idea terrible follow through
It’s not hard to have given this token to the point it could simply be transferred to a standard erc20 Wallet so it could be swapped and have some real value
This not having happened after this many feels like undeniable evidence it is never going to happen
The fact it devours 42% of my iPhone 10 battery in a single cycle and it takes about 7 hours to die with it running rather than 3 days of it just sitting without it running shows it has a cost it just isn’t actual money

The worldwide crisis is OVER
I have a CRAZY amount of tokens earned over the years just for the “worldwide crisis” to still be an excuse as to why there hasn’t been ANY new updates on the app. I’m thoroughly disappointed.
Any update?
As per a previous review, this app seems to have been forgotten about. No updates, no comms and no utility. What’s going on?

No point to the app, I was hoping it would lead to something, but cannot see this going anywhere. Time to delete it I think

The biggest joke
Is this app the biggest joke ? Why can’t we trade tokens is crypto.com , when I first installed Mobilio the bitcoin was 300$ not bitcoin is 140,000$ and Mobilio still worth 0$ , do something about this app
Dont waste your time
While this is a great idea/concept, to date this app still has minimal rewards and minimal detail on if it will still continue after haulting over 2 years ago. The app is easy to use and user friendly to navigate, however after further research and utilizing app for past 3 days, “mining” points/mobilio is worthless.

What’s going on?
It’s been 4 years since the app has come out, last review was from a year ago with no major update. What’s happening with this app as the user base is most likely declining and no one knows what’s happening in regards to using the “currency” for anything at all other than just to collect

So I earn hundreds of thousands of points for allowing you to track all my travels (which I’d rather not). They are worthless. I can do nothing with them that I know of. You’ve had years and years to figure out how this is gonna work and to be honest I’m at the point where I’m just gonna stop using it and delete the app because I have gotten absolutely 0 out of it while you have collected all my data. It seems like you got a pretty good deal. Congratulations.

It’s points
You get points for driving without distractions. I use my phone as a gps, when in apple maps it’s fine. If i use google maps, it counts as distracted driving.
It’s still fun to get points and see the amount go, as people delete the app, i can get more mobilio for my points. Then one day, when mobilio actually adds value, the exchange from points to mobilio tokens will shoot up.
It’s speculative. But just like Pi, it’s free, you almost always have your phone on you, so it’s a risk free potential.
After 5-6 years tough the lack of updates and advancements toward building a marketplace is ruining their credibility that they’re actually trying to do something.
Just taking a chance, if it gains value, it’s free money if not, then the most waste was leaving a neutral review.
Pros: Prospect of making money without doing anything out of regular lifestyle. (Except when you just downloaded the app and decide to do a roadtrip across canada and back in 1 week.)
Download, sign up, and forget. It’s that simple, sometimes logon to exchange points for mobilio. Current exchange rate keeps going down everyday, so more mobilio for those persistant. Kinda sad that i rushed to exchange 7,000 points at 0.8 near the peak at the announcement in 2019 of marketplace launch, i thought it would be great. It’s currently 0.177 and going down a little everyday. This means less points are being distributed, less users means more mobilio per points.
Cons: latest update was in 2020 to announce a marketplace, but nothing since and still nothing on the marketplace.
Insurance companies now have their own gps trackers to help you save on insurances. So it renders the initial goal of the app to give insurances rebates in exchange of mobilio pretty useless.
Biggest con, seeing the chart going down the exact same way doesn’t inspire confidence.
In the end, it’s free, doesn’t burn the battery, maybe lose 1 min of use per day by having the app, lockscreen used more in the past 10 days

This is not a good app to get
I downloaded this app because I thought if I could get paid for driving that’s awesome but no I downloaded it I have money on there and when I try to transfer the money you cant. I even downloaded a crypto app because the internet said it’s all crypto so I did that and tried to transfer the currency that way and no there is no way to use the points or anything so your doing it for nothing. Your just going to lose your points. If there was a way to use the currency you get for driving I would give it 5 stars

What is happening?
Getting rewarded for safe driving is a great idea. Problem is all the points and tokens you get don’t actually get you anything because there are no partners and have been none since launch in 2020. 3 years and no progress suggests this app is dying a very slow death.
Use it to see how safe you are but don’t bank on any rewards anytime soon.

It’s dead
I’ve been here since near the start. Great idea and looked forward to it but just seems to of gone dead…… no new updates in app or anywhere else. Great project just abandoned.

The trend of people using this app is decreasing every week and it is basically useless after years of use, which is a shame. It has also stopped tracking journeys. I haven't had any track since 2021 and i drive almost everyday! Crazy

This app is pretty much dead. There’s a small group of people who have left it on their phone (like me) just to collect points in the vain hope that it comes live again one day. But it’s now been 3yrs with no development on the app, Facebook or twitter.
I’ve seen the developers say “because of covid we’ve scaled back operations and having to bla bla bla…”. I hate people who use the pandemic as an excuse. It’s been 3yrs, we’ve all lived through it and got back on with our work. You can’t keep saying “because of Covid” if you can’t acclimatise then it’s over.
Anyway, no update in 3yrs, no communication in app from devs. If this review gets a response, then to the dev - why don’t you just put a notice / message in the app to update on the situation, it’ll take about as long to write an update as it will to this review

Great idea, but going nowhere
I love the idea of this app and think it’s actually well designed, but you can’t do anything with the points you accumulate. Having been using the app for approximately 4 years, I have quite a few points, just wish there was a way to use them other than the two rubbish items in the “Marketplace”
