UNBELIEVABLY USELESS SERVICE

I paid for a VIP 3-months subscription and it can’t be seen on the app. I paid for something I can’t enjoy and I want to cancel it plus any automatic payments. I reached out to the helpline within the app and I keep getting standardised or automated responses. No one is able to help out at all. The payment already went through my credit card. What a scam?!

Technical issues

This app has great verticals or dramas, but it has a lot of technical issues, it’s always buffering for a long time. The screen goes black and you have to wait for it to restart so it’s really hard to enjoy what you’re watching.
