Set up frustration
The app set up on the phone has been frustrating. Something that is supposed to be simple is taking forever.
App Crashes EVERYTIME I pair
Got excited to finally track my health but the app crashes every time I open it so none of the data from the watch uploads into the app. It has basically made my watch useless.
Syncing issue
Does not sync exercises well.
Useless
Everything was working until it got unpaired and now watch is useless after spending $300 dollars for it because it does not connect to phone
Do not buy the watch
They will so gustarte you it’s their pairing processes and if you don’t buy the latest watch ur hopeless at connecting the wailyvh to you iPhone

Item not showing on app
Bought a walking pad from Amazon, app doesn’t show them at all so can’t connect it, it says to download Mobvoi treadmill that app but it’s not even showing up on the App Store. Can’t get the device to show as Bluetooth. Don’t waste your money
Avoid this lousy watch maker at all costs.
Lousy app, frequently fails to connect. Highly unreliable, definitely don’t recommend!
Totally trash
Absolutely useless. Tried countless times to connect my Ticwatch 3 Pro Ultra with my IPhone 15 Pro. On the watch is required to connect using Mobvoi App. In the Mobvoi App is asking to connect to Wear OS firstly then “ try again”. Huge frustration as I have a watch which not even able to start and use. Overall you have 3 stars but I think is just a mistake. Twi different App but both useless. I would give -5 but impossible. I will send the “ pro ultra frustrating” watch back and will get a real SMART one.

Ne fonctionne pas avec Apple. Aucune remonté dans l’appli santé d’Apple de mon iPhone13 pro Max. Ma montre Apple Watch série 9 ne peut pas se connecter.

Ottimo Smartwatch da vedere ma quasi inutile per la interazione con uno smartphone Apple come da titolo non mi notifica nulla mi fa solo cambiare la watch face e basta non interagisce con l’app salute di iOS e non notifica nessun messaggio o chiamata

O aplicativo não salva meu treino, nao salva meu sono, não salva os batimentos, pra resumir ele nao salva nada, é extremamente lerdo, quando ele chegar a salvar algo ele apaga, um dos piores aplicativos que existem e você paga uma note por um relógio que vem com isso!

Sehr schade ! Die Pro 5/Enduro Unterstützung gibts nicht.... Und eine Unterstützung ist leider auch nicht in Planung. Eine richtig gute Uhr, aber nicht nutzbar für IOS. Also doch ne andere Uhr
