Insufficient data all day everyday

I’ve used this for almost a week and still no data.

Response from developer

"Insufficient data" means Mochi hasn't got today's reading yet, but it doesn't tell you which of three quite different things is in the way, and after a week of the same phrase that's useless. That's on the app to say better, and we're changing it. The card under it names the cause: no Apple Watch, Health access switched off, or the watch simply not worn overnight, heart rate variability is mostly recorded during sleep. If it says access is off, that's two taps in Health β†’ Sharing β†’ Apps β†’ Mochi, and worth checking anyway: iOS grants those permissions one type at a time, so one missed toggle looks exactly like no data at all. If none of that is it, please write to support@99wrongturns.com. We answer the same day, and with a week of nothing there's clearly something we should look at directly rather than guess about.

Free Trial?

I like this app and there is supposed to be a free trial but when you select that option you can only purchase a year, month or week without a free trial period . I hope they fix this

Response from developer

Thanks for flagging this, you're right, and the bug is ours. Mochi was showing a "Free Trial" button in places where the trial wasn't actually available to you, so you tapped it and got nothing but the plans. That's on us, not you, and it's fixed in the update now in review: the trial appears when it's genuinely available, and when it isn't the button says so instead of promising it. We've written to you directly as well, and we'd be glad to hear how it feels once the update lands.

Great Customer Service

Great customer service. Reported a problem and they were quick to fix it.
This is the type of business you love you see their apps.

Response from developer

Hi Sheila, Thank you for this, and for reporting the problem in the first place. You helped us find it quickly, and the fix is done: it ships with version 1.3. If anything else comes up, or you have ideas for us, write to support@99wrongturns.com, we read everything that arrives there. Thanks again for the kind words.

It is so cute and helpful

Response from developer

Thank you, Mochi is a little pink in the cheeks right now. Cute was the easy part. Helpful was the one we worried about, so it means a lot to hear both. If there's ever something you'd like him to notice, we're at support@99wrongturns.com. We read every message.
