Not the best
Response from developer
Thanks for the honest feedback, and sorry the limits felt frustrating. Mochi is free with 4 tasks per list and a limited set of colors. There's a single one-time $3.99 unlock for more themes and unlimited tasks. It's not a subscription, so there are no recurring charges. Everything stays on your device with no account needed. We set the pricing that way, but we hear you that the free version feels tight, and we'll keep your thoughts in mind as we think about what to improve.

Thank you so much, this made our day! The page widget is such a great way to keep your list right where you'll see it, so nothing slips by. Glad Mochi is helping you remember your to-dos (and keeping it cute while doing it). If you ever have ideas for the widget, we'd love to hear them!
Practically useless without premium.

Sorry the free version feels so limited. Mochi is free with 4 items and a limited set of colors, and there's a one-time $3.99 unlock for more themes and unlimited to-dos. It's a single purchase, not a subscription, so nothing recurring is ever charged. Everything stays on your device, with no account needed. If there's something specific you wish the free version could do, we'd love to hear it at hourstag.app@gmail.com.
It’s ok

Hi Nina, thank you for the honest review, and for giving Mochi a try. You can use Mochi for free as a simple checklist (4 to-dos per list and a small set of theme colours). The one-time unlock, with no subscription, adds unlimited to-dos and many more cute themes. We hear you that a basic checklist feels like it should be free, so we'll keep thinking about how much to include in the free version. If there is something you'd expect from a free checklist, we'd love to hear it at hourstag.app@gmail.com. 🐇
Exactly what I needed, but a few major usability flaws.
1. The iPhone keyboard is locked in light mode. This is jarring when the rest of the phone and app are in dark mode. It should follow the system appearance.
2. Only the checkbox should complete a task. Tapping anywhere on the row marks it complete, which makes it easy to accidentally check off tasks when trying to move them instead.
3. The task options menu feels unnecessary and is very tactically annoying. Moving and deleting a task are possible in much more intuitive ways already. I’d rather see it removed and have it be so double-tapping on a task allows you to edit the name. Then all the functions of the menu are covered in a tactically enjoyable, efficient, and intuitive way.
If these changes were made it would make this app literally perfect!

Thank you for such a detailed and thoughtful review! You're right that the light keyboard feels jarring in dark mode. We're looking into having it follow your phone's appearance. Accidentally checking off a task when you only meant to move it is a fair point too. Your ideas of making only the checkbox complete a task, and double-tapping to rename one, are going on our list to consider for future updates. We can't promise when changes will land, but feedback this specific really helps us decide what to improve next.
I hate you
THIS GAME IS SO CUTE AND HELPFUL! 🎀🐇💗
Response from developer
Hi Rachel, thank you so much for this sweet review! We're so happy Mochi makes organizing your to-dos feel easy and cute. We wanted the one-time purchase to feel fair, so it's great to hear you're enjoying all the designs and lists that came with it. More cute animal designs and an anime-inspired style are fun ideas! We've added them to our list to consider for future updates, though we can't promise when or if they'll arrive. Happy organizing! 🐇
ITS NOT WORKING
Response from developer
Sophia, thank you for trying all of that, and you're right, it's not you! We found a bug where tapping the pink + did nothing when your list was empty, so you couldn't add your first to-do. That's fixed in version 1.0.12. Please update Mochi and try again. If the + still doesn't work after updating, email us at hourstag.app@gmail.com with your iPad model and we'll look into it right away. So happy you think it's cute! 💗
Amazing 🤩 ⭐️

Thank you so much! We're really happy Mochi is already helping you keep track of what you need to do, and that you think it's cute too. Thanks for telling others about it! Have fun checking things off your list 💛
I love this so much it helps me
Response from developer
Thank you, Bunny-luna139! It makes us really happy to hear Mochi is helping you get so many things done. Keep checking those tasks off, and if you ever have ideas for what would make it even more helpful, we'd love to hear them 💕
Hard
Response from developer
Sorry Mochi felt hard to use, and thank you for telling us. We'd love to know which part was difficult, such as adding tasks or organizing your lists, so we can make it simpler. You can reach us anytime at hourstag.app@gmail.com.
лучшее за свои деньги
Response from developer
Спасибо! Очень приятно, что Mochi кажется вам красивым и простым: именно такой мы его и задумывали. Рады, что приложение оправдывает свою цену. Если появятся идеи, что можно улучшить, пишите на hourstag.app@gmail.com 🌸
it’s not free at ALL
Response from developer
Thanks for the honest feedback, and sorry the limits came as a letdown. You're right that the free version only allows a few to-dos and a small set of theme colours, and most of the rest sits behind the subscription. That should be much clearer before you get through the tutorial. We'll look at whether the free tier could be more generous and whether a trial makes sense. If a simple notes list does the job for you, that's completely fair. If you ever want to tell us what would make Mochi worth it, we'd love to hear from you at hourstag.app@gmail.com.
Awesome
Response from developer
Thank you so much, EyliasG! We're really glad you find Mochi pretty and that it feels easy to use and understand from the start. Keeping things simple and clear is exactly what we're going for, so it means a lot to hear that. Happy checklisting! 🌸
Very nice
edit: I found out how to make them repeat. I am just a little slow lol. But you do have to do each task individually, which is very tedious.
Response from developer
Thanks so much, Pookie_Peach! Glad the premium price feels fair, and don't worry, the repeat option isn't the easiest thing to find. You're right that setting repeats one task at a time gets tedious on longer lists. Being able to repeat a whole list daily or weekly in one step is a great idea, and we'll consider it for a future update. Thanks for taking the time to tell us!
