Dark icon please

Good app, but no dark icon in 2026 :/ Should be really simple too: black background, muted leaf green

Small bugs

Hi Your app is great and I am willing to pay premium as well if it supports your work and is reasonable price, I am learning german but when I add new cards it gets automatically reset for the day it repeats same thing I learned 30 minutes ago and in same sorting patern.

Great

Great now !

Perfect!

I’m giving 4 stars because this app does not scale well on iPad and it’s not possible to scale left menu by settings anyhow. I understand that this might be design but for me some UI elements are too small and I have problems with clicking them. I would be grateful if that could be adjustable. Thank you!

Danke dir

Thank you

Offline mode

Everything is great, except for the fact that it does not work offline. I cannot log in for some reason, it just doesnt send any token to my email, though it should for verification purposes, so that i can use my email to save data. Would really appreciate it being fixed!

Almost perfect

Great app for language learning. I love that the paid version (worth the expense) allows you to add audio by highlighting the phrase or word and sliding the scroll bar over to “speech.” This is much better than Anki and slightly more user friendly. Mochi is not without a slight learning curve, but totally worth it. I wish that you could set your decks to scroll through the cards without you having to manually click from card to card. Then I could easily review materials while driving. The app is pretty great though.

Perfect for learning Chinese

Simple, no ads, and you can easily make cards with more than 2 sides! It’s perfect for learning Chinese characters + pinyin + meaning. Has a nice folder and deck organization system, gives you stats on your review session, and works offline. You can also add photos and make cards that reveal parts of an image. Love it!

Best app

Best flashcard app ever!!!

Love it!

Simple and ,most importantly, without any in-App-purchases :) Perfect!!!

Great but too many options

Useful, but the options are a bit all over the place. I’m sure there is an option to reverse the display order (answer, then question) but I can’t for the life of me find it???

Great app but sus--too much data storage for mere text

I had less than 300 flashcards but more than 400 megabytes used in storage from this app. I don't know what happened but ever since LLMs integrated with this app I lost interest. I wish there was more data transparency and maybe an opt-out option for any potential data tracking permission requests.

Best flashcards app

Highly recommend this app! Easy to use, great spaced repetition feature, clear layout. Really enjoy using it. And it’s quite increadible that it’s free.

Broken constantly on Mac OS

Always have problems with this app. It’s never a smooth experience. Atm, literally crashes every time on MacOS / iOS so current version doesn’t work at all. Additionally, uploading cards is a f’ing nightmare. Super unintiuitive, and if you do it wrong you get a bunch of blank cards and no idea how to fix them.

Pro version a rip off

The pro version won’t allow you to add audio to flash cards which renders it useless for language learning. No response from developers- avoid

Minimal flashcard app

Simple, easy to use, user friendly and lovely!

Sharing Issues

Downloaded the app and there wasn’t an option to create a new account anywhere. Finally managed to create one but the verification email took forever. Also can’t share flash card decks I’ve made. I copy and paste the link and get “can’t find deck” every time. Just very disappointing since I’d like to use this for the class I teach but there are too many issues involved. Can’t imagine having a class of students setting up accounts with all the issues I experienced so far.

Incredible no fuss app

Just wanted to thank the developer for making a clean, no-nonsense, no ad flash card app for people looking to learn new subjects. These are few and far between on the App Store. There is also incredibly deep customisation which allows you to e.g. set randomness to review dates, and obscure parts of cards.

If I could make one suggestion, it would be to add a small guided tutorial to new users, and maybe some tooltips which explain in more detail the function of some settings. But really, this is the best flash card app on the store, so I cannot complain!

Paid Device Sync

The app itself is about as good as Anki, and I was looking forwards to having a free mobile version. I was unfortunately surprised to find that such a basic feature as device sync was locked behind a paywall however. If not for that, this would likely be a five star review.

Amazing but buggy

I’m trying to make a new flash card since I use this to learn Japanese, and right now it’s bugging in a way where I can only make one side. When I try adding another side it says it saved the update and the card is only the front side or it makes the card without the hidden side 😭
