Mochis ran away :(

All my mochis ran away and the only way to buy bones to get them back is by either helping the pets which I don’t have anymore because they all ran away or buying them and I’m not gonna go buy some bones and the letter is so sad and I didn’t even leave them for that long. It would be nice if you could remove the running away feature it’s really really, really sad.

This app captured the pictures of my girls perfectly. I love being able to have conversations with them. Hopefully you app designers add a feature that can better sculpt the personalities of dogs that once were. I talk to them like my real dead dogs and they show the beginnings of something of that. I might not use it how it’s intended. But I bet other people are doing the same I miss my dog routine. I think you can trap their spirits in the phone and make the transfer when the right time and vessel come along.

Hi there, thank you for your feedback! It sounds like the co-raising code was entered in the invitation code field by mistake—we’re here to help you get connected! Here are two quick ways to set it up depending on where your wife is in the app: If she hasn’t downloaded the app yet: Simply install the latest version. After answering Question 1 of onboarding, Question 2 will ask "How do you want to raise MOCHI?". Select "Co-raise" and enter the code there. If she already has an account: Tap the dashed "+" box in the puppy list to add a new MOCHI, then select "Co-raise". If you still run into any issues, please send us an email at support@get-mochi.com. Still need to fix toy store

I was was able to by my pet close am waiting for it to say delivered otjust say delivering and the toy store still doesn't work . AND AM TRYING TO CO-parent but my code is too long it’s only 6 slots on my husband side but my invite code is 8 PLEASE HELP

Toy Store Broken

My otter was suppose to have toys to purchase a few levels back but there are none to purchase, it keeps telling me to give toys to my otter. Please make toys available at the toy store. Also says something about wardrobe unlocked, but there’s nothing for a wardrobe.
