Thank you very much for taking the time to leave your review. I sincerely appreciate your feedback regarding the wording of the in-app purchase. Based on the feedback I have received, I have renamed the in-app purchase to “Core Features” and revised its description so that it more clearly explains that it is a one-time purchase to unlock all of the core features currently included in Mochizuki. Mochizuki is offered as a product with its current core feature set. “Core Features” is a one-time purchase that unlocks all of those core features. It is not a subscription. Once the core features have been unlocked, you will never be asked to purchase them again in order to continue using them. I also try to disclose compatibility information and known limitations in advance whenever possible, so that customers can make an informed decision before purchasing rather than discovering such information afterward. Thank you as well for sharing your thoughts about the design and overall direction of the instrument.
No way and going my way
I will never recommend apps like this to anyone. I blame Apple for this and setting a precedence of endless payment apps that can no more be guaranteed for a lifetime than the man in the moon. Companies go out of business. Companies do not grow and support changes to their apps with Apple’s ridiculous annual OS updates and before you know it, you have an unsupported dinosaur taking up memory on you iPhone, iPad, and/or Mac. This insane greediness and entrapment into constant payments and unsupported guarantees MUST END.
