Great app once it gets more users
I love how easy the app is to use! It’s a little lacking in reviews right now, but as more people use it I think it will be a great place for finding non-alcoholic recommendations.

For anyone who doesn’t want to stay home
I prefer not to drink, but I sometimes feel left out with a diet coke while others are experimenting with new alcoholic drinks. This app lets me suggest places my friends and I can go that have fun NA drinks I can enjoy too, beyond just fake beer.
The App I Didn’t Know I Needed!
Recommend to me by a friend while I was pregnant! This was so helpful during my pregnancy to still have an opportunity to be social and enjoy outings with friends when I wanted to enjoy more than a soda or kiddie cocktail. Made the decision to remain sober in postpartum and still find myself using MockTale frequently! Great, easy to use interface, love the branding as well.

Buggy and unhelpful
Choose a different app, this one's a mess. Very unintuitive for the user and a lot of features are broken, like the review system. Feels like it was coded in AI with poor the interface is. Plus the only positive review on here was clearly left by the developer or one of their friends.
Racist and hateful content
Many uses of racial slurs and inappropriate content. How is this allowed on the App Store??

I am cutting back my drinking and thought this may help. Not so. Poorly made and lacking content. The writing is uniformly terrible throughout.
Mock-yeah-ing-Tale-yeah!
MockTale is my go-to for when I’m in the mood for a stiff mixed drink or beer, but am unable to drink alcohol. I love the predictive search feature that points me in the right direction for alternatives to whatever I’m craving at the moment.
