Ridiculous

Anyone else having issues with this app always saying your password is wrong?

Glitchy

Application is constantly glitching out. Log on issues constantly. All my other banking applications work at the same time period. Mocse seems ill equipped to actually troubleshoot the issues. They most often canโ€™t be reached in less than an hour, requiring a in person visit. I wish they would fix this problem.

Has basic functionality but is user-hostile

I don't know who told you guys this, but randomly disabling biometric login options is not a security feature. You do understand that all you're doing is forcing me to use my password manager, which is secured by biometric authentication anyway, right? Also, Zelle functionality appears to be broken for me in the latest update (useless "You do not have access to Zelle" popup with zero information given as to what error occurred). I've also had the app just refuse to accept my login details for hours at a time with nothing but a prompt to call them for more information, which I'm not doing because this isn't the '90s, only for it to randomly start working again later. If you have to do maintenance, wouldn't it make sense for your app to be able to indicate that to your users in the error instead of a prompt with no information that generates more work for your office? Even a raw HTTP status code would be vastly more helpful than what the app currently does.
But I can at least check my balance and recent transactions with the app once I do manage to login, so there's that.

Useless

Genuinely no reason for this app to exist as you cannot login, and any attempts to fix this by maybe reseting my password are met with an error screen and a number to call. Calling only gets you put on an exceedingly long hold and then met by poor attitude and denial that the app isnโ€™t functional.

Glitchy application

App is only working approximately half of the time. The credit union doesnโ€™t answer the phone in less than an hour normally. We have to go to the branch in person in order for them to reset the app this is happened multiple times. Credit union doesnโ€™t really want to acknowledge that they have any type of technical problems. This makes it very difficult to actually use MOCSE as your primary financial institution.

Does the job but has major issues

The app randomly signs me out and wipes my FaceID setting, forcing me to use my password manager to sign in again. This isn't any more secure than just saving the setting because the password manager is secured via FaceID anyway, so all you're doing is adding an extra step for no reason and forcing me to reenable FaceID. Parts of the interface are dated and need a cosmetic overhaul, particularly the Zelle flow. But it functions to check your balance, deposit checks, and send money, just not without annoyances.

Such remarkable integrity!!

Terrible app

Constantly, CONSTANTLY down for no reason and the face ID only uniquely never works for this app, each time itโ€™ll auto do many attempts and then it locks me out from being able to use face ID entirely until I go to settings and reset it. Its like they want their users to have a terrible experience

The app crashes every first attempt for a check deposit. Has been an on going issue forever. Please fix it.

Hello, We haven't had this reported before. Can you can contact me at 209-572-3600 x171 so we can troubleshoot the issue? On 4/20/22 we released and updated app to the store, please make sure you have the current version 21.3.40. If the issue persists after the update we may need to open a ticket with our app provider.

Why on earth can I not transfer my funds from checking to savings and vice versa???
