I am very disappointed with the customer service.
I requested a return on 5 June and have been waiting for return instructions ever since. Every time I contacted customer support, I received delays, excuses, or was told that my request had been forwarded to another department.
It took several emails and follow-ups just to get a response. Even after more than a week, I still did not receive the return address or complete return instructions.
The products are nice, but the return process is extremely slow and frustrating. Customers should not have to chase customer service for days just to obtain basic return information.
Unfortunately, this experience has made me hesitant to place another order.

I ordered more than once and it was OK (quality is always different from what they describe)
How’re In my last order I didn’t like the fabric at all so I decided to rerun it.
Products were costing $76 they said they will refund $65 I said ok thinking they are already charging me for shipping, to my surprise that I have also to pay shipping.
I said it says free return, they said yes you should read it’s only of domestic returns.
Please stay away from this website they would do anything to not return your stuff and if they do they just want to refund few dollars.

Second order is bad
The first time I ordered from moda selvim the dresses were amazing, but when I order now ;the cut and the fabric are so bad and because I’m from USA I can’t return them. The most thing made me so upset is when I wrote my reviews about the dresses,they didn’t publish any bad reviews and they published only the good ones 😕so this company isn’t honest with the customers at all.

Need to improve few things
This is gonna be my first order, and I’m so confused. Because the app doesn’t show current country currency rate, only USD. Items details doesn’t show estimate delivery times. Anyway I will place an order my very first order and hopefully I will receive before Eid 😍 I will increase the stars after receiving my orders.
