Modcast - Podcast Player

Modcast now works on more TVs, and finds things faster • AirPlay video to any TV. Video episodes now play on Samsung, LG, Sony and other AirPlay TVs, not just Apple TV. Casting mid-episode picks up where you left off. Turn on Settings → Playback → Send Video to AirPlay Screens. • Search gets its own tab. Find shows, episodes and even what was said inside transcribed episodes, from anywhere in the app. • A calmer Releases. Following a new show now brings in its latest two episodes, not its entire back catalogue. Your inbox no longer opens with "1,281 waiting." Older episodes are still on the show's page. • A smarter Home. Continue Listening shows how much time is left, with a play button right there. Up Next lists what's coming instead of just linking to it. • A tidier Settings. One long scroll is now a few clear pages: Playback, Downloads & Storage, Notifications, Appearance and more. • Small things that add up. Episode lengths read "1 hr 31 min" instead of "1:30:54." Releases and Queue have icons you can tell apart. Play All now says Play All. And Modcast matches your iPhone's light or dark mode, with standard iOS lists and menus throughout. • New widgets. New Episodes now comes in a large size. Listening Streak works on the Lock Screen and in medium and large sizes. • Fixes. Releases no longer forgets what you've downloaded, and show notes stop repeating themselves. Build Queue has been retired after a long career of building nothing.
