Terrible Migration
This migration was handled terribly. No prior warning or email communication to let people know ahead of time that they need to download the app. And afterwards, no warning that your old account password won’t work; everyone has to hit “Forget password” and deal with that flow.
On top of that, the new app is extremely buggy and lackluster. White flashing screens on launch. The membership tab doesn’t show expiration. Unlike the old app, you cannot even add the QR code to Apple wallet.
Must be a cost cutting initiative because I don’t know why the gym bothered.
