Can't delete read magazines
The app doesn't have a way to remove magazines once read, taking up a lot of storage space on my iPad. Please fix!

Hi there. You can delete issues by going to your library and tapping the 'Edit' or trash icon, then tapping on those issues you want to delete, then tapping 'done' or delete. If you need further assistance please don't hesitate to contact us: help@pocketmags.com
Good but plenty of room for improvement
I find the electronic version very handy - saves stacks of mags hanging around.
The niggles? Occasionally having to delete and reload editions when they fail to load properly first time. There's also a problem with zooming in as can cause the app to crash - irritating rather than a big problem. Zooming also causes photos to go very high contrast and lose detail. Final problem is the writing. The writers really could do with proof reading each edition as some of the errors are awful and the overuse of "this modeller" rather than "I" is pointless and irritating.

Good App
The contents option does not show the contents, it only shows the cover page and it is so small one cannot read what is in the issue. Also there is no print option available to print out the pages for my reference library. I am forced to take a screen shot, then e-mail the photo to myself and print from my mail app. The App starts and runs fine though.

Doesn't work
iPad2 on iOS 6.0.1
App locks up and closes on it's own at random times. Bought 6 back issue subscription and it charged me for $4.99 for the first back issue I downloaded. No response from the developer to my emails.

Model Mag
Loaded new update and now you carn't go back to the main menu were all you mags are. Plus the real pain is that the zoom changes the colours of the photos, when you are a modeller the most important thing is colour, shall go back and buy the mag from the shop. Was great but now the upgrade has messed it up badly,will not update the rest of my model mags apps.

The app is not the smoothest thing, but there is at least a free issue that comes with the 3 dollars paid for the app. Beyond that I wouldn't spend any more money on it.
Good but...
I registered on the website after the app wouldn't let me and now when I try log in on the app so I can attach my new magazines but it keeps coming up with errors. If you sort it then I'll up my stars!
Needs some work
Have had this app a few months and was great....after a recent update the app has become unbelievably slow and glitchy!!??.....help!!!
Great on-line reference
I'm not sure what all the complaining about crashes is for. Maybe I started using this app after some bugs were worked out. I find this magazine very usefully in my model building and have had no problems with the app since day 1. Can't wait to read it on my new iPad!

Crashes after 2 pages
This is exactly what I wanted but it crashes to desktop after two pages. I have a 64 gig ipad2 and did a reboot after it happened to see if that would work. Please fix!
Military modelling
Well not very impressed as access issues. I work for an IT firm , very good wireless signal but this app keeps falling over. It took 3 tries to sign up and then when I tried to access again no luck.
Getting the issue I bought up is hit and miss, slow to load ALS.
Needs work, I hope to amend this review later.

Too bad they can't get their stuff together
Obviously this is the future of magazine delivery, but this is still half baked. Currently stuck after downloading the December issue(57). It won't display after loading, just a blue screen. Also can't update or select the new issue (58). I wonder if the company running this is legit or just running a fly by night operation. Absolutely stay away until the bug are fixed.

I purchased this app a few weeks ago, and I have to say it was well worth the asking price. And as an added bonus you get your first issue FREE! Navigating through the magazine is a breeze, you can bookmark pages, and at less than half the price of my local Chapters it's a no brainer !!!
