Frustrating having to sign in every time you use the app. Not really functioning as an app if this is the case. Almost just a link to a website.

You have to sign in every time you use the app.
Site setup
Maneuvering around the site to find your subscriptions and stuff like that is a little bit tedious because you have to go to this and that to find out your subscription items but once you figure it out and do it a few times it gets easier, but I still wish it was a little bit more self-explanatory… Plus, I wish the people that have been ordering through Modir no matter the amount they spend would get better rewards

New app issues
Having to re logging every time I use the app. Monthly subscription is buried in multiple steps. Not happy with this new modere app

Constantly having to log back into my account and reselect the country.

It won’t stay logged in
This app will not keep me logged in after I log in. I have to continually login every time I open the app. This is exhausting.

This is a very frustrating app. It’s very difficult to find each bio cell regular container that I’m looking for. It’s not a simple search. Been on here for a while. It also just logged me out on its own, which I did not ask to do!
Can’t log in
I’ve been trying to reset my password for over a week. It say it sent but no email and it’s not in my junk mail either.
Not user friendly
This new site is pretty terrible. It is not user-friendly at all. Needs a lot of work. Shopping online nowadays is very easy, but not Modere. Also, 11.99 for shipping is insanely high
Not Intuitive
With this most recent app update, the most commonly used feature: modifying your subscription, is now the most buried option. It took me quite a while to find it in a random menu in small print. Before the update, it was a button front and center on the home page.
