Well idk what the other players are talking about but then again I’m not that far into the game so idk. But besides that it’s smooth(for me) has many many upgrades per weapon, and I LOVE THE MUSIC🤘🤘🤘!!! That for me makes it a 3 star right away! If the game goes downhill for me I’ll have an updated review, but for now it’s a 5 star! Nice graphics, F’N GREAT MUSIC!!, smooth feel, and you can kill sheep n poke around the board too.

If any good reviews on this game appear there fake they won’t anymore say this game is any good limited weapon purchase only let a you get certain weapons none of the weapons do any damage even on easy can’t get by 3rd level definitely made hard to watch ads that u don’t receive awards or pay to play an that’s not happening next time you think about it go a ad up the money u spend on these less than appealing games they push an u will find ur spending PS5 an decent gaming computer prices for it only to be lost or taken away an spend more money I don’t see the future of this games cash grab lasting longer people are wising up to theres scams

End of a legacy
I bought all the other games they put out. Have been playing them for many years. This one got uninstalled after 1 round. Too much pay to play. I’d rather pay $10 and have the game playable instead of dumping more money in over and over. Sad end of a great run of games.
Not the best
It’s impossible to get through the levels unless you keep buying power-ups. Even then, the gameplay is very amateur and limiting in how many weapons you can place. It’s definitely a step backwards from Defense Zone 3.
Was a big fan of prior games, this one is a let down
I liked the prior games because it was possible to beat the levels without spending gobs of money. I like to buy a game once and play it.
This however, you need to get coins to have sufficient funds to beat certain levels. While you can get some by watching an add, the others cost to get more coins.
I tried just doing the ad watch but it glitches frequently where you spend the 30 plus seconds watching and then get no coins.
Not a fan which is a shame because I was waiting for this to drop, but will be uninstalling. Hopefully enough people feel the same as me and Artem will make it a $5/$10 one time purchase and then make the game playable.

Excellent!
If you’re familiar with this developer’s earlier games, forget them! This is different….and good! If you tried this in it’s earlier days, try it again….it’s worth it!
3 Levels after that $$$
Don't even provide a star. Spent the minimum only to realize you need to spend an order of magnitude more per level. Then it glitched, had to reinstall it and they will not refund or restore my game.
One very annoying flaw
I’ve been playing with the defense zone series for quite a few years now (since Defense Zone 2) and this is something a little new but using a lot of the same mechanics, but there’s one major flaw. Every time I go to load an existing game it crashes every single time. I’m running an M1 iPad Pro. Please fix this flaw and I’ll change my review. Otherwise it’s pointless for me to play the game.

Too hard: Defense Zone much better
I’ve played all 3 of the demented zone games (made by same developer). I have to say they are far to superior to this.
This game is clearly a ‘pay to play’. Levels are virtually impossible unless you buy coins for some early upgrades. It has good potential but not being able to change difficulty is a big concern.
Also I’ve tried this game on iPhone and iPad, both platforms the game crashes when you try to load a game or load a certain level or hit the ‘continue’ button on the main screen, so don’t bother. You’ll need to complete the entire level otherwise it won’t save.

Way too hard...
...needs difficulty levels. I couldn’t even take out the big guy at the end cos I had used up all my firepower and this was on the first level. I also don’t know whether this is a rip off but it’s a cartoon version of the Defense Zone games. I’ve given it three stars because graphically it’s good and gameplay is good but there are no difficulty settings and it is a carbon copy of Defense Zone. I can’t see me enjoying the game much unless you introduce easy, medium and hard levels. If you already own the Defense Zone games then there isn’t much point buying this unless the developers sort out difficulty balances and I would like too know if this is legit cos if I was the developer of the Defense Zone games I’d be pretty hacked off.
