Horrible waste of time
Refuses to let me sign off on anything. Says error each time. Would be an awesome tool if it worked. There is no way to override the system and fill out a Log. Going back to pen and paper. What a waste of our time.

It's really disappointing that you paid for our app and it doesn't work - we want to fix this for you and other users. Part of what makes this app great is our ability to custom tailor it to the requirements of each state. Because of that, we are limited in the states we support, but we're constantly adding more. We make it really clear in the description which states we support. Still, I feel very bad that you can't use the app and would love to make it right. Crashes
The app advertises that you can have multiple observers which was appealing since both my husband and I will be teaching our 15 year old son to drive but you cannot sync the app on multiple devices to log driving time with multiple observers.
Not user friendly and now that it has crashed, we have lost our log time.

Glad to see you updated the review to five stars! Hopefully that means our latest update, version 4, helped you out! ----- ORIGINAL RESPONSE ----- Sorry to hear about this! We are not able to reproduce this on our devices and we aren't seeing any reports of the crash on our end, but that could be because you didn't opt-in to sharing analytics data with developers when setting up your phone. If you're trying to add an observer with an out-of-state license using the licensing scanning mode, try entering their information manually. If that doesn't work, it would be a huge favor if you could email our support at ben@bensites.com and give us more information about what happens when the app crashes so we can figure out what went wrong and fix it.
