It won’t even let me sign in
I signed up for the 1$ 7 day trial or whatever and it wasn’t even let me sign in on the app. And I can’t find the website online to cancel my account. Don’t sign up for this bs.

Just got the tracker and the app. As soon as the device is activated the app crashes. Please fix this. Thanks

Good but could be better
So far no issues with the app. The one thing I wish I was able to do with it though was sync it to My Health App on my iPhone. I hope this is something they will look to incorporate as they update!

It might not be a fit bit but it works awesome! I've been using for the last 6 months and it's does everything I wanted
App needs help
Can't get to everything in app settings. Screen wont scroll.

Glitchy... Wish it could use health app on iOS
Doesn't do the same things you can with a Fitbit, but the price is right. The app screen is kinda glitchy and it takes 5+ tries to tap any of the options besides the menu. Sync is quick once you get it to recognize that you tapped it, but the "button" to view the sleep mode is nearly impossible to hit. I tap and tap, sometimes over a dozen times before it switches over. Not sure if it is so small that I'm not hitting in the right place or if there is a delay. Sometimes it will come up a few seconds after I give up, but mostly not. Could be a neat little toy if the interface was better.

Won't sync with app
The tracker won't sync to the app via Bluetooth. I've tried two different iPhone 5s and one iPhone 4s and none of them will find the tracker in the app. Piece of garbage!
Crashes
App was working fine. Now I can't even open it because it crashes. I have an iPhone. I even uninstalled & reinstalled still does it. I even turned my phone off still crashes. Please fix.
App not staying open
Have had this app for almost 2 months and now it doesn't stay open long enough to synch to the watch. The watch only stays accurate when syncing daily to the app. Is anyone else having this issue.
Horrible App!!!!
App is a piece of junk. Won't sync MF tracker. Bluetooth won't recognize. When first set App up it works. But when you actually go to use the app it stops working. App won't sync. Horrible App and product.
Freezes
App freezes and doesn't sync. Nice toy but too many bugs.
Trying to sync a new tracker
I lost my old tracker and I'm now trying to sync another one but I'm not seeing an option to sync it again. It seems to be doing it's job just fine but I'm trying to get the hang of it still. Also the app. could've been a little better and more descriptive. Over all I'm just having that one problem with the syncing.

Doesn't sync with health app in iOS

My guess is that the people who purchased at full price returned this product in droves-thus the drastic reduction in price just to get them off the shelves. Not a bad toy for the reduced price.
I got two answers from customer service re: military time. One said it can't be changed, the other said to return the item for another one...that would resolve the issue.
Some screens are too long on the mini iPad, thus you cannot see all of the options.
It would be nice to be able to display multiple days on one screen in order to make comparisons. It might also be nice to see a 24 hr block instead of awake vs sleep time always on 2 different screens.
There doesn't seem to be a way to enter stride measurements...
The only positive I can offer is that you can use it for a baseline, and then compare subsequent days activity. And completely forget the actual recorded numbers.
A visit to the manufacturer's website lead me to believe this was a rush job to get to CES.

Reset
Okay I didn't know you had to manually activate sleep mode so does anyone know if you can reset the tracker?
Horrible app
It worked fine the first day. Then I tried to sync phone to device after I had been out. And it wouldn't find the device. After trying several times and gave it some time. I finally deleted app to reload it. Now I still can't connect and there is no support. I guess you get what you pay for...the tracker works fine.
