Would have been nice to know before I redeemed for a dessert that the dessert I wanted did not qualify. I even asked the cashier and she sakes her manager and they did not know. I would have gone another route had I k Ken and not used the dessert redeem option but rather saved my points towards $10 off. Regular customer here. Left disappointed.

Poor customer support
It was all good until today I placed an order and it never arrived, but the app shows delivered. Tried to call the store, but it redirect me to 3rd party delivery. Really bad experience

I eat at MM serval times each week. It amazing how they they create healthy foods for a reasonable price. Try the Baja chicken sandwich, you won’t be disappointed.

I got this app because I wanted my order to be done quickly. Not to sit for 10 minutes trying to get a magic link from an email to work when I don’t care to make an account.
Missing calorie count.
They stopped making it easy to know the nutritional value if their meals including something as simple as total calories.

Great new app!
I love the new app! It’s beautiful and works really well. Places an order, app knew the closest location, dinner was delicious.
No rewards online
The instructions to redeem a reward online are completely inaccurate. There’s no way to redeem them. You must do it in store, which means you have to wait for your food and can’t order ahead.
Trapped in checkout
Make sure you give the store plenty of time to finish your order. The app will tell you that you need to change your time, but when you press Ok, you’re just on the main screen again.
