Remove It From the App Store
This is the 3rd phone I’ve attempted with over a time span of several years, so it absolutely doesn’t work. Last update 5 years ago? IDK if the developers quit & were never replaced or what, but it’s completely unusable & should be removed. I love the Modern States organization, by the way, and I take the courses on their website without issue.

Won’t load
Just as someone else mentioned this and just doesn’t work anymore, which I was really hoping to be able to watch the videos and maybe even take some of the courses mobile.
I just get an endless reload air that’s similar to what the other person said about it not recognizing the Internet. More than likely it’s some certificate or DNS error on there and that needs to be fixed within the app and I really hope they get to it because this app could be incredibly valuable.

this app is amazingly bad
I’m amazed at how long they have not updated this app and how little they would need to do to just fix it. Even reinstalling the app does nothing when you’re logged after the first log in
that being said—modern states is an amazing organization and I don’t really have any qualms with the web version otherwise!

The application rarely works on my phone
Most of the time this application does not work. It comes up and plays videos for a small amount of time but if I close the app and open it again it gives an error. Please, please fix this. It would be so great if I could play the lectures on my phone instead of having to bring my laptop everywhere.

Very disappointed in this app
The app crashed after two days of using it. I was using this app so I could watch videos when I was not able to have my laptop with me. I deleted and re-installed the app and it still doesn’t work. I am very disappointed. I need to be able to watch videos when my laptop isn’t present.
Problem logging in
This is the second time I try to log in and this time it doesn’t let me sign on. I updated my password and it didn’t do anything. This would be so useful if it worked- at least I have a laptop
Can’t login
I changed my password. I made sure I was logged out on my laptop. I still can’t login on this app. It’s horrible cause I heard it works but I can’t use it.
Does not work
Does not work and has not been updated in years. First videos stopped playing, then it stopped tracking progress. No it displays a permanent error and cannot sign out or back in. Deleted app and re-installed and still does not work. Pretty useless.
The Idea is Important
I can’t tell you how much value this resource has, and it’s use as a Mobile application would be amazing.

Use the website or another app
I found this app by visiting the website first. I launched the course I wanted on the website and thought I’d try the app for convenience. The app worked the first time I logged in and never again after that. It always says that I have no internet connection even when I am connected to strong Wi-Fi. I tried deleting and reinstalling the app and I still get the same error. This app would be awesome if it actually recognized my internet connection.

App is broken
Videos work but you can’t speed them up. Clicked 2x speed and still plays at the same speed. There are random blank slides that say introduction on every slide but don’t display content. Kind of a waste of space in my opinion. Just stick to the web browser unless you want to watch the videos at regular speed.

It’s easier to use web browser
I logged into the app and it loaded me into my course, after I closed the app it crashed and no matter how many times I close and re open the app it just won’t load.
New and improved
I actually gave up on this app over the summer because of the bugs other people have mentioned. Redownloaded the app and am glad to see that they fixed it. I appreciate the mission of Modern states and am grateful for the service.
Course Completion
Absolutely love modern states! Years ago, I received a voucher to take the CLEP exam upon course completion, and I learned a lot. The credits were transferable.

I tried to open up the app and it keeps closing me out.
This app has never once worked
I downloaded this months ago and every single time I try to use it it immediately crashes and closes the app. Not surprised by the low star rating for this.
