I loved this app on Android. Downloaded it on my new phone and it is stuck trying to sync FOREVER. Hopefully this will get an update soon.

App was gold now it just a sync wallpaper. I relied on this app for a few things, can we please get it nsync before I get lost on the Backstreet Boys!

Doesn’t Work
Downloaded the app and went to the map, it never opened. It was stuck on the Syncing message. I tried redownloading it, same thing.

The app doesn’t fully work anymore… it perpetually tries to sync making it impossible to use.

I have done everything imaginable to make this app work, but I have given up and deleted it completely. Frozen spin is unacceptable.

What happened?
This app has been my go to for YEARS but I just downloaded it again for the winter season and it’s no longer working on my iPhone. Says “syncing” but never syncs. Very disappointed.
Eternal sync
I have used this app for years and loved it. During one of my recent iPhone updates it disappeared. I downloaded it again, but it doesn’t work anymore. There is a setup screen with three on/off switches. Nothing is showing other than the three switches. Turning them on doesn’t display whatever you just turned on. Then the app goes into an eternal “syncing” mode. It never stops or comes out of the syncing mode. I tried letting it sync for over four hours. Still syncing.

After installing, app won’t load any further, “syncing” shows on the screen but never progresses.

None of the KC area cameras work at all, and updated info isn’t the greatest. Whoever is charge of the KC area district cameras needs to be FIRED.
