It says the mods are free but in reality it costs a monthly subscription. Primary kids would be downloading this and don’t have access to funds and can’t make purchases, and cant even try the 3 day free trial

I was so excited to play and have free mods and skins and houses and all that stuff but then it told me in app purchases are not allowed???! WHY DO I HAVE TO PAY IF IT SAYS FREE MODS FOR TOCA BOCA??? I hate this I should have rated it a solid 0!
