I downloaded this app because of the advertisement and started the free trial. I canceled literally within the first hour after realizing the app was nothing like what was shown in the ad. Even though I canceled almost immediately, I was still charged around $8.
I tried submitting a claim, but they are refusing to refund the charge.
The app was completely different from what was advertised. Very misleading and extremely disappointing customer service. I would not recommend this app.

Not worth it
Once you get the app your instantly hit with a subscription menu, also you can’t even generate the car without a subscription. This app was a complete waste of time do not get.

This is one of the most misleading apps I’ve come across.
The app is advertised with a 7-DAY FREE TRIAL, yet I was charged $12.99 IMMEDIATELY. Not after the trial. Not at the end of 7 days. Straight away. I have already cancelled the subscription, but that doesn’t change the fact that the sign-up experience was completely inconsistent with what was advertised.
And the actual app? Absolute garbage compared to the ads.
It looks NOTHING like the polished, impressive product shown in the advertising. The ads make it look like you’re getting some incredibly sophisticated customisation experience, only to open the app and discover something that feels like a completely different product.
The customisation is laughably restrictive. You can’t even select more than ONE option at a time. What kind of “customisation” is that? It’s like advertising a fully loaded car and handing you the keys to a shopping trolley.
This whole experience screams misleading advertising and extremely questionable subscription practices.
Charge users immediately despite advertising a “7-day FREE trial”?
Show advertising that bears little resemblance to the actual app?
Restrict basic functionality behind a subscription?
What exactly are customers supposed to be paying for?
Honestly, this feels less like a legitimate premium app and more like a business model designed to get people through the door with an attractive advertisement, collect their money as quickly as possible, and hope they don’t notice the difference.
Apple seriously needs to investigate this developer and review how this app is advertising its free trial and subscription. If an app is going to advertise something as a FREE 7-DAY TRIAL, consumers should not have to discover after being charged $12.99 that the experience isn’t what was advertised.
I wouldn’t recommend this app to anyone. Save yourself the headache, save yourself the $12.99, and don’t fall for the advertising.
